Once removal is complete, our sister company will dispose of the old materials in an eco-friendly manner by using licensed waste transfer stations for recycling.

One of the questions we get asked most often is whether it’s time for a roof replacement – as opposed to carrying out repairs. This is most often decided on a case-by-case basis, but signs indicating you may indeed need a full replacement include: bucking and curling shingles, algae growth, missing granules, missing shingles and a build-up of attic mold.
This will depend on the size and complexity of your roof, but usually new roof installation takes between 2-3 weeks. A more precise timeline can be given once we have conducted a survey of your property.
This is also largely dependent on roof size and complexity, as well as your desired materials. On average, a roof replacement for a London home can cost between £5,000 - £25,000. For a small, flat roof on a terraced house, the cost might be on the lower end of that range, while a large, complex roof on a detached house could cost more.
There are a few simple steps you can take to prepare in order to make the process smoother.
